A conditional payment instrument for real-world transactions.
EscrowNote is being developed by Trust Value Canada Corporation as its first conditional payment platform. It is designed to represent a prefunded contractual entitlement whose release depends on agreed conditions being verified.
EscrowNote structures the transaction process; it does not replace the parties' underlying commercial agreement. Product services will be governed by separate terms identifying the responsible contracting entity and applicable jurisdiction.
